The seclusion of this island is unparalleled. The main villa is set on its own private beach and is surrounded by tall trees, creating a haven of privacy and comfort from which to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The beach house, originally constructed in the 1920s, underwent a 25-year renovation in the 1990s. A refresh occurred a few years ago. The home’s owner stayed true to the house’s original Neo-classical, turn-of-the-century design while updating it for modern living. Elegantly spacious rooms and lofty ceilings make this a pleasant home. There is a luxurious marble bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. Surrounding it are terraces that showcase the stunning scenery, which includes cypress and olive trees, as well as the water. The island’s additional guest rooms, the historic Pasha Building and The Traditional Country Cottage, can accommodate up to 22 guests. You can reach the water in less than five seconds from the front door. The barbecue area is located in the backyard, and it features a large wooden table with seating for twenty people.
