When you submit an inquiry, subscribe to our newsletter, or list a property, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number (if shared), and the details of your inquiry. We use cookies for basic analytics — page views, traffic sources, geographic region — but not for cross-site tracking.

How We Use It

Inquiry data is used to respond to your specific request. Newsletter signups receive weekly digests until you unsubscribe. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your information with brokers, sellers, or anyone else without your explicit consent for that specific purpose.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sessions. We may use Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP addresses for aggregate traffic measurement. You can opt out of analytics in your browser settings.

Data Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as the related transaction is active, plus three years for compliance purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your Rights

If you are in the EU, UK, California, or other regions with data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and host data with Neon and Vercel, both of which are SOC 2 certified. No system is perfect — if we discover a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
